It depends what you mean by amenities: we love the place (our fourth or fifth stay), but you won't find any shops or 'entertainments' nearby (pub 20 minute walk). Birdsong, house martins flying in and out, rookery, a buzzard patrolling its territory. No internet, unreliable mobile service. Peace. We've rented many holiday cottages, but this stands out by being the most spacious for a couple, where so many others on offer think we'll be happy in a shoe-box. It's clean and comfortable. Just be aware that apart from one toilet-roll and dishwasher tablets, you will need to bring your own supplies - including that pint of milk and a few tea-bags for a welcome cup of tea after your journey.

Tastefully furnished accommodation on a quiet farm. Luxurious bathroom and well equipped. Some low beams but quite spacious for two people. Highly recommended and well situated for exploring the Lleyn.
