The owners are a lovely couple and very welcoming. Lighting the fire daily on our request. We enjoyed the area and waking up to see the hills in the distance. Sadly my husband took ill and we felt it was better that he was at home so had to cut our holiday short. We planning to go back next year to the same cottage

Pet friendly (in our case four guinea pigs and a hamster), comfortable, three bedroom (king, double and single rooms) cottage. Friendly owners. Small village, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Well located for Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed, Zip World and Mount Snowdon, etc.

Bryn Awen, as soon as you walk in it feels homely. Aled and Linda, owners next door, are lovely people. We were met with tea, coffee etc and a fab home made cake. Yes could do with a little updating and in this day and age should have a shower. But we managed and thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding area. Not much in the village as the only pub is closed. But we were told the community had bought it, planning to reopen it soon. Its a lovely area and we travelled to villages and towns we had not visited before. Would definitely recommend bearing in mind the lack of shower. Great for your dog too as once gates are closed it is totally safe for them.
