Broomhill is a large, detached stone house situated in a quiet lane close to the centre of the thriving seaside town of Brora. The property has three large double bedrooms and spacious living areas, ideal for families looking for a quiet country house yet within close proximity of all facilities. Brora has a golf course, restaurants, shops, and a white sandy beach.
Broomhill is set on two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with two leather suites and a large Flatscreen TV. The large farmhouse kitchen/dining room has plenty of cupboard space and a large dining table and chairs. There is a utility area in the front hall with a washing machine. There is a bedroom located on the ground floor and this has super kingsize bed that can zip link to make twin beds. A shower room completes this floor with a shower and toilet. There are two further bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. There is a family bathroom on this floor with bath and toilet. Outside is a garden laid to lawn with a seating area with garden furniture.
Brora is a lovely area and offers a sandy beach, golf course, restaurants, pubs, and cafés. Walking enthusiasts can pick up the John o’ Groats Trail which provides superb coastal walks with the chance to spot seals, dolphins, and numerous sea birds. There are facilities for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Beach 500 yards.
