Visited the cottage with several family members and my granddaughter. We were amazed at how clean, comfortable and well equipped it was. It had everything we needed. The owners even left us a welcome pack of tea, coffee, crackers , jam, cheese, milk etc to enjoy when we arrived. It was so cosy with the log fire, we were thrilled with everything. We would highly recommend it and would love to return. Possibly in the summer when we can make use of the lovely garden.

Fantastic relaxing holiday. Centralised location, not far from anywhere i.e - Lancaster, Morecambe, the Lakes, and Blackpool etc... however out of the way enough to relax. The cottage has everything you need as a home away from home with plenty of room. We absolutely loved the cottage and would definitely book again but for longer next time.

We all really enjoyed the property, lovely and cosy. It had everything we needed. The only negative I would say is there is no pavement to walk the dogs and the road outside is very busy with cars racing up and down, quite dangerous. I would still go back though.

Cottage lovely and very well equipped. There is a main road outside but you don't hear any noise when inside. Local shops are a drive away, but only about 5 mins or so.

The cottage was ideal for our needs in location and an enclosed garden etc. for our dog. Our dog is 13 now and was not interested in leaping over the wall to the road but younger dogs may well think about it. The garden was large and the cottage had everything you could think of as regards kitchen utensils and crockery and plenty of each. A real bonus for me was the downstairs bedroom with en-suite, as I had recently broken my knee and ruptured the tendon and having no stairs was a great help. The laminate flooring everywhere was a little difficult for our elderly dog but we managed with rugs and rubber matting from the car to help him. He had a great holiday ! Garstang is a great little town with a large supermarket and chemist and surgery and also many smaller shops and a market. Trips to Morecambe, Preston and Chorley were successful for tracing family tree connections and birth places. Thank you.
