A really great stay. Friendly hosts and the perfect place to relax. Loads of places to visit in driving distance but staying in and feeding the sheep was also fab.

We stayed at Brookhouse Barn over Christmas with our young son and had a great time. The photos do not do the place justice as was far larger than we expected. While the roads leading to the location are quite narrow and rural, the benefits are a tranquil retreat which served as a great base to explore the local area. Sarah was also a great host and we would be very happy to stay here again.

Brookhouse Barn was absolutely amazing. Such a stunning barn in a fantastic location. Pure silence in the middle of nowhere but still so close to everything. We really enjoyed the silence and happily enjoyed the sound of sheep. Doris was well loved by my girls 🐑 The owners were lovely, great welcome gift from them 🍾. As it was easter they left easter eggs for my girls which was fantastic as we hadn't brought any for them, so that really saved us from explaining a difficult disscussion about why the easter bunny never came when we were on holiday 🐰 After a couple of days the owners came to check to see if everyone was ok which i thought was a lovely gesture. There is nothing to fault about this fantastic barn, location and owners. It was a lovely relaxing holiday, me and my daughter had the pleasure of enjoying our birthdays there which was great. Shame we couldn't stay longer. Would highly recommend this barn to anyone and if we are ever holidaying in the area again then we will definately use the barn again. Huge thanks 😀

Lovely cottage with all the necessary creature comforts to create a home from home. The cottage is set in the countryside in a very quiet, secluded location and is near to Bristol, Bath and other places of interest. The owner's attention to detail and cleanliness is second to none which was much appreciated. My youngest son loved to feed the sheep in the adjacent field. Overall if you are looking for peace and quiet in a great facility then this is the cottage for you.
