This was our second visit to Brookfield rise and hopefully not our last. We were two families staying comfortably in this house visiting family locally. The kids loved the playroom. It is very clean and very well equipped. Holiday let’s , in our experience, often only have one set of cutlery, one cup, one plate per person staying. This property has plenty so the dishwasher can be on and you can still eat! Beautiful views over the field to watch the dog walkers and horses. There isn t one thing we didn t like about this house. Would definitely recommend. Some lovely goodies including milk and wine left, for our arrival, by owners was very much appreciated.

A veritable home from home !, Diane had compiled a very useful folder of things to do & see. Druridge Bay Country Park, great for walking the dog. Asda 10 mins away. Loved watching the horses in the field. Plenty to do and see, would highly recommend.

This was a lovely, detached house which was well equipped in every major aspect. It was clean on arrival and we were warmly welcomed. As a group with six adults and two boys we could have done with one more shower room. Linton itself has no local amenities, but nearby villages and the town of Morpeth does. It was convenient for stunning beaches with nearby good road connections to the rest of Northumberland.

We had an all too rare family holiday at Brockfield Rise. The house is stunning and is set in some beautiful countryside. All the rooms are of a good size, the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom are huge! Furnishings and fittings are of a very high quality and we loved our week there. There is a good barbecue available for use and the garden is lovely, with plenty of outdoor seating. The views over the fields are stunning! You do need a car to get about, which wasn’t a problem for us. The nearest supermarket is Asda in Ashington, which had everything we needed. It’s about 6 miles to the nearest beach, all of which are beautiful. The local village has a small shop and post office but not much else. We all loved our week there and would love to return in the future.
