Reasonable price but other reviews accurate. Excellent location, short distances to a range of attractions. Poor Wifi. Great outfoor space. Needs a really deep clean and dust, cobwebs everywhere. Some mattresses a bit tired.

Plenty of space for a group and a hot tub, which was a huge bonus for us (for an additional charge). Large garden, friendly dogs, lots of picnic benches to sit out in the sun. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The property is in a pretty area and an easy drive to lots of beautiful walks and swims and near the foot of the Manifold bike trail. It’s a pity that the house is quite close to a busy road but the traffic noise is not too intrusive and the surrounding fields and the garden are very pretty. Kitchen is very well equipped, although some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired. However, excellent value for money!
