This was our second stay at Briar Cottage and we would definitely return again. It is clean and has everything we needed for our weekend away. The bedrooms are good sizes and the conservatory is a great space for dining. It's in a such a beautiful spot, handy for the beaches, farm shop, and supermarket.

Briar Cottage is well located to explore the coast and the Broads of Norfolk. The pretty garden makes an excellent place to sit on a sunny day. The cottage was well equipped and clean. Much thought had been given to the decor which added to the cottage’s charm. Excellent value for money.

Good base for exploring the area. Would recommend you take a few essentials like milk, etc. As there was nothing at the cottage even if it said there would be a welcome pack. Tesco in Statham down the road which was handy.

A lovely well-equipped cottage with a homely feel - well positioned for visiting the Broads and coast. Super little well-looked-after garden full of birds and relaxing to sit in. Good selection of information on places to visit and reading material. This was our third visit and we always return feeling refreshed.

Lovely cosy cottage, with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the living room cosy. We enjoyed playing cards in the conservatory in the evenings. The cottage is located a short drive from some beautiful beaches and on top of the broads, with Wroxham a few miles away.
