Been for a weekend last year and a full week this year. We only take a maximum of 8 people and find it easier. Wonderful location and house. Possibly consider changing the single bedroom to a shower room / WC .

Lovely cottage, a few things missing from kitchen utensils, pizza cutter, tin. Opener on last legs and not enough Pyrex dishes and oven trays, 3 lovely big new trays but they don’t fit in the oven. The hot tub was lovely the pool was good, but seriously run down crumbling concrete at the bottom and tiles falling off, some of our party ended up with bleeding feet from the roughness of the bottom of the pool, which is a real shame because the water was lovely and warm and a really good size pool, this said I wouldn’t hesitate to go back we’d just look at pool socks

Lovely large spacious house that is well equiped and presented. Beds very comfortable and clean. Hot Tub a must and we used every day. Its a lovely big pool, could do with a bit of tlc around it. the water was cold but luckily the brewery can top up with hot water you just need to ask. Nice big garden could do with a few more sun loungers. Instruction manuals for oven, dishwasher and washing machine were missing. Local shops just up the road. The railway station is very close for a trip into Skegness. Overall an excellent holiday and would book again in the future and recommend to everyone. Michael
