Wooly Willow Lodge is a detached lodge with large private decking and hot tub ideal for relaxing by the river side. Sleeping up to four people with two bedrooms, a double bedroom en-suite and a twin bedroom. A bright a spacious open plan living area with comfortable sofas, electric fire dining and modern kitchen. There are lovely riverside views to admire from the lodge.
Couples and families can enjoy the on-site games room and children’s outdoor play area, so you won’t need to venture far to keep the children occupied, and just 5 minutes’ walk away is the town centre with a good selection of quality cafés, restaurants, pubs, independent shops, a deli and galleries. Crieff holds regular social events and activities all year round from the farmers market, Highland games, traditional Scottish music festival and the very popular Drovers Tryst Festival. Situated in and close to the town centre there are several tourist attractions, including the Famous Grouse Whisky Distillery, Innerpeffry Library (Scotland’s oldest free lending library) and Drummond Gardens, one of the finest formal gardens in Europe which was used as a location for the epic TV series ‘Outlander’.
Walkers and cyclists can enjoy the many established public footpaths and cycle paths passing through stunning scenery; a popular route is along the River Earn following Lady Mary’s Walk. Nearby outdoor activities have something for all abilities; more strenuous activities include mountains such as Ben Vorlich, Ben Chonzie and Ben Lawers which provide excellent walking. There are water sports on Loch Earn and mountain biking routes through stunning scenery. The location is ideal for golfers too, with twenty golf courses within 20 miles, including the famous Gleneagles and the local courses in Crieff and Muthill.
