This wonderful property, with views over the surrounding area, offers great opportunity to enjoy many of the lochs close by.

Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a bore hole. There are unfenced ponds and a Loch in grounds. There is a step in the garden.

Situated in an ideal location, with panoramic views across to the Caledonian Canal and Loch Lochy, this semi-detached property, adjoining the owner’s home, offers a fabulous base for your holiday. Set in 450 acres of woodland and natural habitat, the small loch is perfect for keen fisherman, and the resident pot belly pigs are a favourite with everyone. There are superb walks right on the doorstep, and Ben Nevis is only a short drive away. The area is renowned for its outdoor pursuits, breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife. Fort William, the ’outdoor capital of the UK’, boasts a variety of activities including mountain biking, climbing, skiing, kayaking, walking, golf and fishing. Travel on the West Highland Steam Railway to Mallaig, crossing the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct, otherwise known as the ’Jacobite’, featured in the famous ’Harry Potter’ films. Alternatively visit some of the unspoilt beaches, castles, museums and beautiful gardens in the area. Boat trips to the inner isles are easily accessible and Ardnamurchan Peninsula, Oban, Aviemore, Inverness, Loch Ness and Skye all make for a fabulous day out. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
