A charming cottage with a wealth of character situated within a popular village with easy access to all that Cornwall has to offer.


Description

The characterful building is situated on the grounds of this popular village pub. The accommodation is well presented and the enclosed garden area is lovely.

Ground Floor:
Living/dining room.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, electric hob, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
Bathroom: With bath, shower attachment and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With bunk bed.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Broadband included. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

This lovingly furnished holiday home is approached via a downstairs entrance and offers good sized accommodation including a living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds, both served by a modern family bathroom.
The village of St Dennis offers wide range of amenities including local shops and bakeries as well as the Boscawen pub and a chemist.
