Set within 15 acres of woodland and garden grounds in a spectacular rural setting you’ll find this gorgeous property. Nestled within the grounds of Bonnyrigg Hall and surrounded by mile after mile of beautiful open vistas within the heart of the wild and rugged Northumberland National Park, this charming cottage is simply divine! Formerly the gamekeeper’s cottage positioned at the side of the main house, this property has been painstakingly converted to provide a sumptuous retreat in a magnificently remote location. Furnished with oodles of style throughout, the living room has solid oak flooring and a welcoming stove to snuggle in front of and gaze into the flames after a day exploring the stunning un-spoilt countryside that surrounds Bonnyrigg Hall. The modern kitchen area is very well-equipped and one of the double bedrooms (with opulent four-poster bed) is also conveniently on the ground floor. A stone staircase leads up to the first floor where the other double bedroom enjoys en-suite facilities including a spa bath and separate shower too.

This is the most beautiful place I have stayed in the uk. The land is amazing, the animals kept by the owners are so happy and bring so much joy. If you enjoy walking the location is perfect. If you love nature, starry skies and beautiful surroundings come here.

A lovely cottage in a stunning location, the only sound at night was a tawny owl. Only a couple of miles from Hadrian's wall, and the nearby pub had very good food, we had a most relaxing time and sat outside in the evenings around the fire pit. The owners were very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have just returned from Bonnyrigg and enjoyed our stay. The owners were very friendly and I thank them for the welcome pack which included the lovely home baked cake. The cottage is very remote but very peaceful and in a wonderful setting, and very cosy and warm, almost too warm!! But that isn’t a bad thing. The WiFi is excellent but no mobile signal.
