Beautiful area, peaceful accommodation and the best bed ever. No local shops, so make sure to bring essentials as no welcome pack was provided.

Bodwyddog Bach is a lovely cottage in a wonderful location. It is cosy, and well equipped, beautifully decorated and has an enormous, very comfortable, super king bed. The garden is fully enclosed, great for our dog, and there is outdoor seating too. There are walks from the door , great for an early morning or evening dog walk. We did a lot of walking on the Coastal path at Aberdaron, Abersoch and Nefyn. Wonderful walking, amazing scenery! We shopped at Porthmadog on the way down, there are supermarkets in Pwllheli too. There are smaller shops closer to the cottage. We would recommend Bodwyddog Bach and hope to return soon! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

A great spot with amazing views and centrally located on the peninsula to get out and about. The secure garden is perfect for taking pets, and the cottage is very well equipped. Just a couple of niggles in the kitchen, the knob covers are loose on the cooker so be very careful you check you have actually turned the rings off, and the kettle switches itself off before boiling. The only reason we didn't give this a 10 for Comfort and Equipment is the bed and noise. The bed looks stunning, but with two mattresses stacked it makes for a very very soft and unsupported sleep. I had back pain all week sleeping on it. Also every tiny sound is heard from the main house, which I assume they don't know as cupboard doors in the kitchen were being banged shut loudly after 10pm and dishes being put away loudly - the sound travels enough to jolt you out of your sleep, and there was one party night, and we like our sleep. Other than that it was the perfect holiday and I would go again (but with ear-plugs!) :-)
