We had a lovely stay. Cottage has everything needed. Probably better inside than out, but owner selling so don't be put off.

This was our second stay in Blue Harbour and we loved being back there! Location is amazing, right on the harbour with perfect views. Watching the fishing boats come and go was lovely. Everything we needed was provided and it provides an excellent base for travelling around Cornwall. We will be back!

Blue Harbour is a lovely cottage in a great location with picturesque views across the harbour. Mevagissey is a great location to stay with plenty going on in the harbour and good variety of shops and places to eat.

Lovely cottage in a great location and extremely well equipped. Nice touch from the owners at Christmas with a tree, lights, mince pies, prosecco and crackers. The only downside was uncomfortable beds and the cleaners could have done a better job i.e. lots of cob webs and kitchen floor dirty. We would certainly stay there again.

It’s a great cottage for a holiday. Can’t beat the location, overlooking the picturesque harbour. And also incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. Fantastic shower! The only real complaint was the surprising lack of some decent utensils in the kitchen. There was no vegetable peeler. The knives for cooking preparation were tiny and blunt. It was odd because that didn’t fit in with the rest of the cottage. The tv was of poor quality. It’s a shame because everything else was faultless.

Wonderful, perfect, beautiful, ecstatic. It was a place that filled us with tranquility and made our holiday experience a total success. Wow, can’t wait to go back. The house, the village, the restaurants, especially the Indian - the best we have ever tasted. All of this made our stay so perfect. The location was amazing. If you are in any doubt - don’t be !

Just had a lovely stay in this cottage. Rooms comfortable. Absolutely everything you would need. Lovely views from the windows. Really comfortable beds. Heating in all the rooms. Dish washer, washing machine, tumble drier. Cottage had good wi fi. Little touches like pretty ornaments, books, games, tourist information. We just felt really relaxed and will definitely go back for another holiday. The location of the cottage is excellent with easy driving distance of lots of places of interest.

We booked 10 months in advance just to get this convenient location. It was worth it. We stayed for two weeks. WE WERE TWO AMERICAN WOMEN IN OUR MID-70s and WITHOUT A CAR. Caretaker Diana of was so helpful throughout, responding to our emails. We liked being steps away from 3 gourmet quality eating places just steps away. Impressed with the cottage's cleanliness and all the conveniences, well-thought out. We were pleasantly surprised to note the high quality of the cooking pans. The property caretaker contact was extremely helpful locating a reliable taxi service. (GARY'S TAXI). That taxi even took us to the train in St. Austell so we could go to St. Ives. Buses come into town and were easy to use. The wifi convenience worked well on all floors. It would enhance the property to have a brighter blue paint next time. That would set the property apart from others.

Lovely cottage, extremely well fitted out and comfortable. Fantastic position overlooking the harbour, something new to see throughout the day. Mevagissy is a delightful village with plenty of good pubs and places to eat (The Fountain in particular!) and lots to do in the area.

We had a fabulous holiday in Mevagissy staying at the Blue Harbour cottage. The overall opinion of the cottage is fabulous. They had left lots of things in the kitchen which you don't get in villas abroard ie: washing up liquid, coffee, salt & pepper, olive oil & vinegar etc. Also washing tablets and conditioner there too, although we had brought out own. Washer & separate dryer available to use. The only thing that wasn't supplied was a shaving point (to charge our toothbrush) but we bought one for £1 on our travels. The other negative thing was that the small back yard needs a good jet clean, but it's not big enough to sit out anyway so it didn't bother us too much. Great value for money, we would definately stay there again.

Fantastic location, decoration clean and tidy upstairs shower cubicle needs re-grouting and a full length mirror in top bedroom would be useful.
