The barn is spacious and has all to make it very comfortable. The sitting area very cosy with the large sofas and wood burner. Kitchen area had everything we were looking for. The kingsize bed firm yet comfortable. The welcome basket was delightful. We watched Autumn turn in the trees outside. A lovely area of Wales with many things to see and do locally. A cottage to return to and easily recommended.

The barn conversion on Bob and Rowena’s smallholding was first class. I’m no builder, but could tell that the workmanship was top quality, as were the furniture and fittings. Excellent WiFi, good enough to stream TV programmes, although there are numerous channels available via the Freesat provided.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The location was glorious and the cottage very comfortable. The addition of Wi-Fi would have made this a 10 (useful for planning day trips!). Bob and Rowena couldn't have been nicer.

We have just returned from Blaenffynnon Barn. It is a beautiful clean cottage with wonderful views and everything you can possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The owners Rowenna and Bob are very friendly hosts and we were met with an amazing welcome basket. Our dog loved the open spaces but be aware there are farm animals around and no enclosed garden. It's also worth mentioning that there are no local facilities so best to take some groceries with you. All in all we can fully recommend this wonderful cottage and surrounding area and will certainly consider returning.

This cottage and location was perfect for us , beautiful, quiet and comfortable, with two small dogs, they were happy too. Just need to travel a bit to each coast and shops, but we knew that so was perfect for us. Bob and Rowena were lovely people, and a lovely welcome pack too, thank you.
