Cottage was clean, well equipped and in a lovely location. My only problem was with the height of the seats . They were normal good and modern but with bad knees I found it difficult to get out of them!

A fantastic holiday cottage. Great location right next to the high street for an easy stroll into the village but tucked away so no through traffic. Fordingbridge has everything we needed. Great dog friendly pubs and restaurants, a couple of supermarkets, butchers, bakers, deli and lovely unique ‘potter around’ shops. Very near to lots of great doggy walks before you even consider the New Forest itself. The cottage was clean, very well equipped, beautiful secure dog friendly garden with bbq and sitting area. Comfortable beds and lovely electric shower over the bath. The only problem , and why we gave 9 instead of 10, was that the toilets are very hard to flush, which has been commented on before by guests. In the end we resorted to using a bowl of water to flush before we left.
