Amazing little cottage in a lovely little village. Great for dog walks. Beautiful pub literally across the road! Lovely food in the pub. Local shop about 2 minute drive away and bigger stores (food & general) about 8 minutes away. Owners were absolutely lovely people who lived opposite. We were there for Christmas for 4 days. Christmas morning the owner Steve knocked the door with a bottle of champagne for us which was such a lovely touch. Bottle of wine already in the fridge on arrival too :-) Cottage had everything you needed, especially in kitchen. Handwash, washing up liquid, washing up sponges, washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, toilet roll, tea towels, and all cleaning products there to use...perfect. Definitely booking up again, absolutely perfect lil place. Thank you to the owners of this lil gem :-)

Spent a lovely weekend here with friends. The cottage is set in a lovely quiet country lane which is quiet and opposite a nice pub and only a few miles from Canterbury. The cottage itself was perfect, traditional with enough space for 4 adults. Some small things like toilet roll, kindling for the fire, new tea towels and bath mat with a bit of a freshen up would make this cottage a ten. Will definitely look to come back here if we visit Canterbury again.

Lovely quaint cottage. Loved the real fire and old beams, but had to remember to duck! The dark sky in the area was a bonus for star-gazing. Great location for exploring the area.

Supernice and very helpfull host. Very nice village with pub on the other side of the street. Very peacefull and perfect place to start walks from. Cleanliness could have been better, dusty in the rooms and unclean mugs and pots.
