A gentle stroll down the village lane with adjacent stream leads to the pub. An abundance of breath-taking walks in the immediate area with the magnificent waterfall walks at Aysgarth well worth a visit. There is no shop in the village but Leyburn town has several shops and is 2 miles from the cottage.
