A pleasant, attractive cottage. Garden needs a bit of a general tidy - grass cutting and berries swept up. The mirrors in main bedroom could do with positioning so they are of use. Kitchen has good range of equipment. Beds comfortable.

Bell Cottage is brilliant. My husband and I, and also my daughter and her partner thought the same. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, and more. The other great thing is that it is close to amenities, restaurants pubs etc. If I was going to Pittenweem again, I would definitely go back. The only criticism I would have is the downstairs bedroom wasn't highlighted enough for me anyway. That is another plus, I think its a great idea.

Our second stay in Bell Cottage in glorious Pittenweem, the cottage is central to the village centre (one street away) quiet and clean, if I were to pick a point, it would be the toilet flush in the main bathroom, which is very loose, I know these are nearly impossible to fix/source now, but you feel like it is going to break. Anyway, that's a minor. Everyone is very friendly, good communication from the owner, the next door neighbour really looks after you with the bins etc.If the cottage was not good, we would not have stayed again and as East Neuk just keeps surprising with the amount to do, we hope we will stay again another year. We will definitely "..haste ye back.." asap!

Had a wonderful week in Bell Cottage, the cottage had a lot of good usable space and the beds were huge are comfortable. We managed to use the garden on a few occasions and was quite a suntrap. Pittenweem has original charm and the locals were most welcoming. Fabulous walks along the cliffs and some great beaches a short drive away.

Our stay at Bell Cottage was excellent would definitely recommend and revisit. Owner very helpful with any queries we had and dealt with things promptly. Cottage had more resources than we expected, it was cosy and clean. We had a lovely stay. Ideal base for visiting many attractions by car.

This was the second year we took Bell Cottage,so that in itself speaks volumes. I come from Fife and live in Birmingham. Great location to meet my family and the lovely cal restaurants are amazing. Our dog Oscar loved it too.

We enjoyed our stay at Bell Cottage. The cottage is well equipped with plenty of room. The log burner is easy to use giving a great boost of heat on a cold evening. It is in an ideal place for exploring Pittenweem and the surrounding area. The garden will be a great bonus in warmer weather. We found the area and the cottage very dog friendly. Recommend The Larachmhor Tavern on the harbour, they made us and our dog very welcome.
