This charming holiday cottage, attached to the owner’s home, is thoughtfully furnished and decorated and has its own south facing garden. Just 6 miles from Holy Island, it enjoys views of the Cheviot Hills, with easy access to Berwick-upon-Tweed. The beach and golf course at Goswick, 4 miles. Bamburgh Castle, pretty coastal villages and Holy Island are easily reached, while Edinburgh and Newcastle are each an hour’s drive. Shops 6 miles, pub 2 miles.

Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With electric wood burner, TV, DVD player, CD player and French doors leading to garden.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Conservatory/dining area: With wooden floor and French doors leading to garden.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 3: With twin beds and sloping ceiling.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, bidet and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity (£20 per week October-April), bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.
