Situated at the foot of Butter Crags, Beech Ghyll enjoys a quiet, courtyard setting on the fringes of Grasmere village.
Ground Floor: Property is all on ground floor level, has gas central heating and comprises: Entrance via stable door to porch with useful heated drying area and boot storage. Lounge/ dining area: With corner set fireplace with gas fire, TV, DVD and stereo system. Kitchen: With electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Garage: With washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower cubicle, bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Cloakroom: With hand basin and WC.
All gas, electric, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair available must be pre booked.

The village has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops for you to sample throughout the day and into the evening and a good local bus service gives you the chance to explore the busier resorts of Keswick, Ambleside or Bowness, quite a contrast to the traditional rural feel of Grasmere. The award winning Michelin starred restaurant at Forest Side Hotel is also only ½ mile away.Beech Ghyll is a spacious ground floor apartment nestled in a secluded courtyard. Some wonderful walking can be enjoyed straight from the door. Perfect for the smaller family or two couples holidaying together, Beech Ghyll is very well equipped and the perfect choice for a self catering break at any time of the year.
