    The house nearly ticked all the boxes, but was let down by minimal kitchen equipment. It needs more crockery, dishes and adequate kitchen utensils. The garden, whilst tidy, was very dull and needs some colour or shrubs to break up the fencing.

    We have stayd in holiday cottages for years. Beacon View is the most comfortable we have even stayed in. It is spacious, warm, well equipped, very dog friendly and very quiet yt in easy reach of local shops and eating places.

    What a gem of a find. Home from home. Has everything you need and more. Karen and Tim are lovely hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We held a birthday tea for my family and they were very impressed as well. We will be returning. Thank you Karen and Tim for a lovely stay x
