Best location in broadstairs with balcony to enjoy the sea views. Everything provided for a quiet beach holiday. Comfortable bed and great window seat. Sofa not quite so comfortable but armchair provided for the evening.

Such a lovely apartment all the mod cons included comfy warm and romantic right on the beach. Enjoyed our stay so much. We would definitely return. Just a relaxing break away for us. I unloaded the car on Victoria parade then parked free of charge down Granville road/west cliff avenue about 5-10 minute walk away. There are 2 and a half flights of stairs down to the apartment then back up again so bare that in mind as not for people with mobility problems.

We’ve stayed her 3 times now and we love it .. It’s an amazing location .Couldnt be better .. 💖. Everything you could need for a lovely weekend .. .Our only wish is the bed was a bit bigger . A lovely touch is the welcome pack when you get there .Coffee ,Tea,Milk ,Bread &Butter and a bottle of wine . There’s a great fish and chip shop and lots of little restaurants to eat in within walking distance and of course the pubs . Sky Tv is restricted to 5 channels but I’d rather look out of the window anyway ..

We absolutely love this place and couldn't recommend it more highly .A wonderful place to spend the weekend come rain or shine ,and we've stayed during both , I love to sit in the bay window and just watch the world go by and the tide come in and out . I loved laying in bed at night listening to the waves ,We did have doors to the balcony open at night as it was very warm in the bedroom as it has no window. We did cook in the apartment and found everything we needed . Lovely access directly onto the beach. Our only wish is that the bed was a little bit bigger and that the louvre window above the door worked . we will definitely be back
