From outside the front door at Beach Hill Cottage you can watch the comings and goings of the local crab and lobster fishermen as they launch their boats and land their catches daily. This is Cornwall as we all imagine, but rarely find these days. Beach Hill Cottage is a beautifully converted former fisherman’s cottage. It is a small cottage, but full of character and wonderfully presented. It is ideal all year as it has a wood burner for cosy winter evenings and is perfectly positioned for exploring the miles of coastal walks and only a short drive to the spectacular Carne beach. The cottage itself is small but offers an open plan living space with a well fitted kitchen and dining area. The living area is a really cosy room and full of character with a wood burner, beamed ceiling and a comfortable sofa and window seat. There is a parking space right in front of the cottage which you can normally park in however please note that it is not for the sole use of the cottage so you may at times have to park in the main village car park which is a 5-minute walk away. There is no garden, but there is a small slate area to the front where there is a table and two chairs to sit and watch the harbour while having your morning coffee.
