Bayside View is a traditional 3-bedroom property enjoying incredible waterfront views in the charming coastal village of Hopeman. This generous sized house has been finished to a very good standard and has been designed to offer guests the ideal home from home to relax, unwind and switch off from the hustle and bustle. The entrance can be found through the conservatory, where there is a comfortable living area and the perfect place to store your hats and jackets when getting in the door. This fantastic sun room is surrounded by the fully enclosed back garden where guests can enjoy this south-facing private space inside and out at their leisure. Leading through is the living area, complete with a wood burner to cosy round on those cooler nights, alongside patio doors to the front and access to the patio area. The spacious kitchen offers everything you need for rustling up your favourite dish and has a large dining table seating seven, perfect for entertaining. The panoramic sea views out of the window will always help take the edge off doing any dishes as you have a high chance of catching a glance of the local pod of dolphins and even the occasional whale swimming in the bay. There are a total of three large bedrooms; two doubles and one twin room which sleeps six in total, however there is a futon in the twin room and guests can bring along extra bedding should they wish to use this. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and there is also a further separate toilet which are both found on the first floor.Since the front of the property is facing northwards, guests can enjoy views over to the hills of Sutherland and as far down as the Cromarty Firth. During a clear night and right conditions through the winter, the spectacular Northern Lights can be enjoyed from the warmth of the living room! This house is perfect for families or groups of friends wishing to explore this delightful area in the North East of Scotland. You have a choice of two beautiful beaches on your doorstep which can be reached from a path out to the front of the property.For something different, The Speyside Whisky Trail is nearby and a popular choice for those who wish to witness the distilling magic in practice! The Cairngorm National Park is also within easy reach for the outdoor enthusiasts amongst us. Guests will love the amazing selection of beaches available, whilst being able to skip between the quaint seaside villages all along this incredible coastline – offering plenty places to explore and activities for all during their stay. With Aberdeen and Inverness both within a 2-hour drive, this area is exceptionally well connected whilst offering an unforgettable seaside retreat.
