Absolutely brilliant, Kindness of the owners was outstanding even though the lady was in hospital she was eager to hear that we had arrived safely and were settling in. The presents left for us were most welcome. The ambiance of the house was just so lovely, clean bright, interesting and seasidey. The views from the property are so uniquely beautiful. A very unspoiled section of the Cumbrian coast. We walked along the beach, we went on the Ravensglass "lil Ratty " steam train in the sunshine. We walked up to the faerie gyll at Eskdale. We visited Leigh ton Moss and saw hundreds of Godwits...and tried date slice. Everything about this holiday was so good. Id very happily stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly to others. A very nice lovingly cared for property in an exquisite place away from crowds.

Much better than okay! One of the reasons we booked was for the views and we weren’t disappointed. Although the weather didn’t lend itself to any time out on the balcony, we still loved opening the blinds every morning and looking out. There are lots of lovely details in the house and a very generous welcome pack. It felt very homely and our children settled in well. Location is a good for day trips and nice not to meet the traffic we’re used to at home. There was a small problem with the listing of the property which was dealt with immediately with the best outcome possible. The only other thing is parking, we 1never struggled for a space but it is a narrow terraced street and the headland where you can turn around is very bumpy and rocky and we scraped the car underneath so be careful with lower cars.

Lovely cottage in a great location right on the beach. Handy for exploring the Cumbrian Coast and the Lake District. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The only thing missing for me was a full length mirror.

Bay View is a spotlessly clean and well equipped holiday let. We had the most relaxing time there and watching the sunset on the balcony was beautiful. So close to the beach, it was a fabulous sight every morning and very uplifting! I could not find fault with this place and it was obvious it is a well cared for house with attention to detail in every room.
