This spacious Victorian garden apartment is extremely bright and airy and has been renovated to high standards.Walking through its own separate front door you are immediately hit with that homely ambiance, with pegs to hang your coats in the hallway and a console table with a door to close off this space. The open plan living space with its comfortable sofas leads through the kitchen area, well-equipped with everything you could need. The dining area features a dining table in the bay window, a great space to enjoy a meal together after a busy day of exploring Eastbourne or enjoying the beach. When you exit the living area immediately to the left you discover the spacious twin bedroom with its built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and ample storage. Turn right and the wide hallway takes you past the shower room with a shower cubicle and toilet. There is a door which leads to a very sunny back courtyard which is enclosed, private and beautifully paved, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining. Towards the back of the property is the main bedroom which is a very generous light and airy room with dual aspect windows overlooking the courtyard and the convenience of an en-suite toilet.This apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from Eastbourne sea front and the Towner Art Gallery. This centrally located apartment is situated just a stone’s throw from restaurants, cafés and bars. For a bit of culture, be sure to visit the Congress Theatre, also nearby. If you’re wanting to relax on the beach, then you can always hire a beach hut on a daily or weekly basis. The lifeboat museum is situated on this part of the beach, as is the historic Wish Tower, one of 74 Martello Towers built along the south coast during the Napoleonic Wars. A little further down, visitors will find the town’s famous Victorian pier. An hour west and you’ll find yourself in cosmopolitan Brighton, whilst half an hour to the East you will discover historic Hastings.
