Bay house was a lovely cottage, clean and well cared for. There was a pub and restaurant across the the road from Bay house which had good food.

We loved this well equipped, quirky, spacious and restful house, close to the coast and Peddars Way and opposite the Aviator restaurant with its good, reasonably priced menu. One of our party with limited mobility had to be alert to steep stairs and small steps throughout but those are mentioned in the description.

Lucky with the weather. Last day turned cold, wet and windy so had to put heating on. That was simple to do but puny radiator in lounge illustrated the fact that the woodstove wasn't an optional extra.. in colder weather it would be essential. Faulty back door lock no joke; alerted owner to this. Otherwise cottage comfortable and well-equipped. Had a lovely week exploring the North Norfolk towns and villages which we haven't visited in 20 years plus 2 days at Yarmouth races, but no wins unfortunately. Local amenities scores well as no shop but good pub/restaurant over the road and Fakenham within walking distance.
