A tastefully decorated 3 bedroom cottage in the heart of Brixham sleeping up to 6 people, with wood burners, sunny rear courtyard garden and garage parking.

Bay Cottage is a delightfully cosy 3 bedroom cottage, just outside the centre of the historic fishing town of Brixham, providing all you could need for a very comfortable stay. As you enter the property on the ground floor you have the living room area to your right, with a large stylish corner sofa and wood burner. This room is perfect for unwinding at the end of a long day exploring. Across the hall is the dining room with table, chairs and bench seating, this room is conveniently just off the kitchen which has all the amenities to rustle up some good home cooked food if you just fancy a nice night in. There is a door from the kitchen to a further kitchen/utility area with cupboards and a washing machine which leads out onto the lovely courtyard garden with Bistro set and also a full dining set. The wrap around courtyard garden is a lovely sunny area which is perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying that late night glass of wine.
The bathroom is downstairs and benefits from a shower enclosure as well as a separate bath. Upstairs are the bedrooms, a king-size master bedroom with Smart TV and hanging/drawer storage. A second bedroom with a king-size zip and link bed, which can also be separated upon request to create a twin bedroom. There is a third bedroom with access through a door in the second bedroom, this room has a 4ft double. The property also boasts garage parking which is very rare so close to the town, meaning that you can park up for the week and explore on foot or by ferry should you wish.
With everything on your doorstep, there are so many places to explore in and around Brixham, with its bustling fishing harbour, beach, lido and lovely local boutique style shops, bars and restaurants. Whether you yearn for fish and chips out of the paper, an up-market restaurant experience, or even if fish simply isn’t your thing, there is something to suit all tastes and budgets, which is what makes Brixham so absolutely perfect! And, if the weather isn’t so good why not stay in and enjoy a film or some family board games in front of one of the cosy log burners? Linen and towels are provided. The property is ‘No Smoking’ throughout.
