Comfortable and very well equipped cottage in a very peaceful location.well situated for touring the cotswolds. Broadband signal poor but a folder of tourist info is provided with loads of ideas for visits. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits much appreciated. Would recommend to family and friends.

Response on behalf of the owner; Many thanks for your kind comments on the cottage. I have contacted the broadband provider and will be upgrading to fibre optics in the next two weeks.

The cottage is in a pretty complex of converted barns. There was ample parking and lots of green space. It was very quiet. The cottage itself was fairly comfortable, it needed a bit of a dust (lots of dust cobwebs) but otherwise clean. Kitchen was reasonable well equipped, used the dishwasher and washing machine with no problem except I didn’t find the dryer very useful and there was no other drying rack available. The twin room was fine, but I found the double mattress extremely solid and a little uncomfortable but we have a deep memory foam at home so opposite ends of the scale! All bedding clean. The area is very beautiful. Easy drive to Stratford for a supermarket or boat ride, lots of lovely tea rooms. Drive south to find the country villages with houses in traditional Cotswold stone. Really good base with plenty to do near by.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Many thanks for your valuable feedback. The cottage is thoroughly cleaned on changeover day and I will ensure dust and cobwebs are not missed in future. I was not aware of any problem with the dryer so will have this checked, however there are two rotary clothes lines available on site. Beds are always a personal choice so this is a difficult one to resolve. Thank you for your comments regarding the site and surrounding area.

Lovely cosy cottage with everything you could need and more. The setting for the cottage was lovely in it's own private area which you accessed by a driveway. Very quiet and relaxing but with plenty to see in the area. Would definitely recommend this cottage and area to others.
