Description

This holiday property is set in a beautiful location, on the shores of Loch Long, and 15 minutes away from Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

Ground Floor:
Living room: With wood burner, 32" Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and iPod dock.
Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and staircase leading to...

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner provided, remainder at £5 per basket. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack.

This restored gate lodge is situated only yards from the shores of Loch Long, on the idyllic Rosneath Peninsula where the rugged Argyll mountains meet the sea. Adjacent to the owners’ home, it is situated only 15 minutes away from Scotland’s first National Park, Loch Lomond, with open spaces, sheltered bays and islands to explore. Its inland waters are famous as one of the finest watersports venues in Scotland. The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists of all abilities and boasts a magnificent diversity of scenery with dramatic peaks, waterfalls, hidden caves and mysterious, forest-covered slopes. Ayrshire and Burns country lie to the south, and the Western Highlands are to the north. Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling are all easily reached for a day out. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
