Unfortunately two main reasons would preclude us from staying a gain - no WiFi and no O2 mobile reception. Additionally, no hot water pressure in upstairs wash basin or shower. Plug leaks in bathroom basin, so coupled with trickle of hot water, it's impossible to shave, especially as there is also there is no shaving light over the basin and the main ceiling light is behind you! Also heated towel rail in bathroom is ridiculously small for four people.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, perfect location only half a mile from the beach and great for dog walks. The cottage was a perfect size for us (family of 4 and one dog). The welcome pack was a lovely touch. If I were to stay again I'd take sharp knives with me as well as decent size wine glasses and a non stick frying pan, was tough making pancakes and having a fry up in the stainless steel one! The shower is also really poor, only a dribble of water came out. There is one pub/hotel in Brancaster but not much else but there's shops in Brancaster Staith and two very good pubs. Overall it was a great stay and we had a lovely time even with very cold weather.

Stayed at this cottage many many times. Going back in August! Good location for the beach. It is a shame that the local shop closed a few years ago. The cottage is warm and comfortable. As with most holiday let’s it could do with a few new bits and pieces.

An old favourite for us. We love the cosy cottage, excellent for our two dogs, in a perfect location.
