Lovely proprietors, very clean and comfortable accommodation. Our only disappointment was there was no back door or windows to the property so consequently no veiw or direct access to the communal gardens. I think this aspect is misleading in the details and needs to be a little clearer. However there is a gateway to the gardens from the car park.

Lovely cottage, great value for money. Owners (Joyce & Peter) are very helpful, friendly, welcoming & very accommodating. Will most definitely be returning. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely week in Cornwall with our dog. There are some great walks around. We had no problems cooking several meals in the fairly well stocked kitchen. Will definitely be recommending Bannsvale Farm Cottages to friends and family.
