First class rental in a great location. It is a townhouse however and the stairs require a good level of fitness. This is not a property for anyone with a disability. The whole house is modern and well maintained. The outdoor space is excellent and the parking is good. The riverside location is beautiful and very relaxing. The decking and furniture make the outside space a great place to be. The kitchen / diner is spacious, modern and very well equipped. Can't wait to rent it again and enjoy another stay.

Brilliant house - south facing , loads of beds and well equipped kitchen . Great location for station , town and cathedral . Easy drives out to the coast . Hot tub was lovely in the evening. It is quite an expensive property to rent so a little strange you have to pay more money for the heating and use of hot tub . We would definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Baltic Warf. The only thing was the carpets had rather a lot of dark stains??. That’s the only reason why we couldn’t give 10, but this didn’t stop us thoroughly enjoying our stay in the property. I would highly recommend and use it again. Contact throughout the booking was excellent and there was plenty of room and facilities to enjoy
