Set in the sleepy village of Andreas, this Manx stone holiday cottage and barn are adjacent to each other. The cottage and barn are surrounded by farms and fields, adjacent to the owner’s home, in a peaceful and beautiful location. The Cottage, the original farmhouse, is over 200 years old, complete with all the charming features you would expect. It is set at the end of a private lane and situated in spacious cottage-style gardens with large shady trees. The cottages are only 4 miles from Ramsey, which is full of quality restaurants and plenty of things to see and do. The Isle of Man is full of hidden treasures to visit. Steeped in history and having the longest formed government in the world. Tynwald is the home for the old parliament which is well worth a visit and is situated in St John’s, 17 miles, which is just outside of Peel, 16 miles away. After a hard day exploring come back, relax and watch the sunset from the garden. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
The Barn:
All on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With single bed.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. External utility room with washing machine (Barn). Large enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (Cottage). Garden area with garden furniture (Barn). 1-acre natural grounds (Cottage). Private parking for 4 cars.
