We had such a lovely weekend at the cottage. It was very comfortable and well equipped. We spent a lot of time indoors, enjoying the time to relax, and didn't feel the need to go out much. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Lovely cottage for a short break or a long holiday. Duncan was very friendly and helpful. Would love to go back for a longer period next time. Thoroughly recommended if you want to stay in a quiet, peaceful area.

The property is well designed, full of genuine character and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable and it's lovely and peaceful so we slept really well in this quiet piece of Suffolk Countryside. The owner Duncan is a really nice and interesting guy who has done a fantastic job renovating this property. If you visit make sure you look at the photo annual to see the work that has gone into creating this property. Also worth mentioning that internet is very fast (not always the case in Suffolk/Norfolk) and there is Netflix for those cosy evenings in or when the weather turns. If you're a cyclist Duncan gives you the key to his garage so you can store your bikes which is a nice little extra.

This was the second time we have stayed at Bakers Cottage and it remains to be the excellent standard it was two years ago. We would be very happy to stay again. Whilst retaining character it was very cosy and comfortable and the cleanliness could not be faulted.

This was our third stay at the cottage and as usual we were met with a friendly greeting from Duncan. The standard of the inside of the cottage was as high as ever and we love the fact it is always spotlessly clean and tidy. The bread was as good as usual too and it always goes down well. We come here simply to relax and unwind and Duncan provides everything to help you do so.

Bakers cottage is a fine example of attention to detail. The building has been beautifully restored and has retained its character in fine detail. You can expect the warmest welcome on arrival which gets the stay off to a pleasant, relaxing start.

Stayed at a number of cottages before but Bakers has been the best. Duncan takes pride in this property and it shows,'' it will do'', is just not good enough for Bakers Cottage. I was tempted to do a little gardening while I was there though, but my other half wouldn't let me. I felt completely at home, the property has all you need and more.
