An impressive 400-year old stone barn with exposed beams, in a peaceful location, yet close to Buxton and its many amenities.

Living room 1: With multi-fuel stove.
Living room 2: With multi-fuel stove and Freesat TV.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric double oven, electric hob, fridge and dishwasher.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and spoling ceilings.
Bedroom 4: With single bed.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for multi-fuel stove included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Garage with washing machine and freezer.

Enclosed garden with decked area, sitting-out area and garden furniture. BBQ. Hot tub (private). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. Visit England 4 Star. Please note: Use of the hot tub is optional, however if used there is a £85 charge charge per week or part thereof, payable to the owner on arrival.

This impressive 400 year old converted stone barn with its exposed oak beams and stonework offers a peaceful rural location yet is within easy reach of Buxton town centre. Situated down a country lane and with walks in every direction, it is an ideal location for walking/cycling or a peaceful countryside break, combined with the attractions of an historic market town. A hot tub adds a touch of special luxury.
The dining kitchen, complete with stone flagged floor and multi-fuel stove is next to a sitting area, which leads into the lounge and also boasts a stove and leather sofas. Upstairs the four bedrooms offer flexible accommodation ideal for a family or group of friends. All the rooms enjoy views across open farmland.
