These detached, converted, flint properties offer stylish comfort and sea views in a peaceful, rural setting yet are only a ¾-mile walk to long sandy beaches. Although they are set in the grounds of Bacton Hall, where the owner lives, The Coach House has its own drive and parking for 2 cars and Apple Barn has full environmentaly central heating and its own parking space for 1 car. Both properties have their own secluded sunny courtyard garden area. An ideal location for walking and cycling with miles of quiet lanes in this peaceful area of Norfolk. Close to the Norfolk Broads, nature reserves, golf courses, steam trains and the historical city of Norwich with its cathedral, cobbled streets and shops. There are also National Trust properties locally including Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall. Shop and pub ¾ mile.

Open plan living space: With beams and laminate wooden floor.
Living area: With wood burner, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player and iPod dock.

Kitchen area: Shaker-style with microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

    Great accommodation, quiet but not too remote. Plenty to do, walking or sightseeing and everywhere is dog friendly. This was our fourth visit and we will come again

    What a wonderful place to stay, ideal location, beach just a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Accomodation was spot on, very clean and tidy. Set in a rural location, the peace and quiet is just what was needed for a relaxing break. Only one niggle and that was the picture quality on the TV. Highly recommend this cottage

I am currently organising a Wifi connection to the cottage and so will upgrade the TV, thus giving customers a better quality TV and more viewing choice.

    Beautifully converted cottage in a lovely location a short walk over corn fields to the beach. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment although half size dishwasher and tiny fridge wasn't ideal. However there was no wifi at all despite it being advertised as such and with 2 teenagers in an area with limited 3G this was critical for us and I never book cottages without wifi.

    A really lovely cottage. Clean and plenty of room and well equiped. Peaceful location 15 mins from the gorgeous beach.The only downside would be the beds and furniture. Clean but definitely need updating! So much to do around and a good base. Lovely to wake up with just the sounds of the cockerel and sheep!

    Lovely cottage with everything at hand. Although just across the way from the owners home, it felt secluded. Local beach is beautiful, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway near by. Lovely coastal villages within easy reach. Local pubs all dog friendly and dogs allowed on some beaches. Love North Norfolk !
