This charming terraced holiday home with air-conditioning is located in a veritable ‘Provençal Venice’, facing the basins of one of the most popular marinas of the region, close to the famous ramparts and the centre of the city of Aigues-Mortes. Situated in a private, gated complex of similar high quality properties, of a traditional design and perfectly incorporated in to its surroundings. The property is designed with comfort in mind and with the temperate climate all year round and with direct access to the basin and a private dock for a boat, it makes an ideal base for exploring the region. Just 20 minutes from Montpellier and 10 minutes from the beaches of Port-Camargue and the Grau-du-Roi. Discover the natural and cultural riches of this region, with many restaurants serving Mediterranean dishes and a range of art galleries. The famous Vins des Sables wines are grown in the area and these quality wines can be red, rosé, grey or white and all come from old grape varieties. There are numerous activities locally, discover the Camargue in a 4×4, quad biking, helicopter trip, carriage ride, cruise aboard barges and catamarans, or try your hand at stand-up paddle boarding and windsurfing. Enjoy a pony trek among the wild plains and on the beaches, or visit one of the famous bull farms and see the beautiful horses of the Camargue. Beach 6km. Shop and restaurant 200m.
