This family friendly holiday cottage offers a cosy retreat and a chance to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Situated within the owner’s grounds, these semi-detached cottages offer cosy holiday homes from which to explore the surrounding area. Family friendly, there is an outdoor children’s play area, pool table and table football and leisurely walks. There are many NT houses and gardens, plus places of historical interest, including castles and museums to visit. The area is popular for walkers and cyclists, whilst golf, horse riding and fishing can all be found locally. Leominster and Ludlow, famous for its culinary delights and food festivals, are within easy driving distance. Shop and restaurant 4 miles, pub 3 miles.

External stairs to entrance. First floor: Living room with beams. Kitchen with dining area. 1 double bedroom with beams. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Second floor: 1 twin bedroom with additional single (for child, for alternative sleeping) and beams.

    We had a really chilled few days here, lovely cosy cottage. Took us a few minutes to find it, we had to call at another house and ask for directions as you can’t see the roads sign very clearly. Also there were no cleaning products what so ever not even toilet cleaner so we were unable to clean before we left, would definitely come again and recommend to friends and family 🙂

    Nice cottage but the maintenance budget is clearly tight. I had to buy my own cleaning materials and fly spray! But that's about all I can think of by way of marking it down. Location is ok, parking is good, equipment levels good.

    We’re returning customers and love the granary cottages. The cottage and grounds are perfect for families and the owners are friendly and helpful.

    Peaceful and well located for Ludlow and the surrounding area. The kitchen was well equipped, cottage quaint and it was value for money for the 4 of us. Outside space was lovely and we took advantage of this by having 2 barbecues and sat outside in the evenings. The one thing that spoiled this was several piles of dog excrement, especially close to the outside seating area. There's also a children's play equipment so if anyone was playing ball, it would probably ruin someones shoes. As this is pet free accommodation, we could only assume it's a residents pet. On the whole we would stay again, but someone needs to clean up after their dog!

    Lovely little cottage. Lovely place to stay. Good location for Ludlow, Leominster, Croft Castle and Barrington Hall. Would recommend.

    Lovely, comfortable cottage with access to a beautiful garden with a games shed. Very friendly owners. Situated in an excellent location between Leominster and Ludlow. A great place to stay and hopefully return.

    Great little cottage with every thing we needed for a few nights. Very comfy and peaceful. The children loved the games room.
