Lovely property, central meeting place for a group of friends to get together for a weekend. Ground floor facilities very useful for disabled member of the party. The owners were very helpful, and had no problem with us rearranging the bedroom as there was insufficient room down one side of the bed. The local pub served good pub meals and is only a short walk away. Lovely walks around the area.

Great house for a weekend away with my friends. Rooms were comfy and of a good size. Plenty of seating space and the kitchen was large enough for cooking big meals. Would recommend for any groups looking for a good weekend in the Peaks

Our 2nd stay, it is highly priced compared to many other places we've stayed but finding accomadation with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom is no easy task ! The place is neat, clean, well furnished and beautifully located. Local pub is welcoming and serve decent food. Would definately go back

Excellent quiet location, spacious accommodation plenty of parking we had a very enjoyable week. The local pub is just a short walk away and serves evening meals well worth a visit. Lots of interesting locations within a short drive. Would like to return again in the future.

Ideal cottage for our party of 7. Although sleeps 8/9 it must be remembered that there is a double and single in one room and a double and two singles in another so consider this if mixed party! Who shares with whom?

Aside from one shower being too hot, couldn't fault the place. Had a fantastic time and is fantastic value for money. Will be returning!
