The Ox House is a beautifully renovated detached stone cottage and boasts direct access to a network of footpaths and cycleways.

The Farmhouse (ref UK13523) and Willow Cottage (ref UK13526) adjoin each other and have a shared lobby which accesses the main door to Willow Cottage, and a further door which leads you to The Farmhouse. This interconnecting door will be locked at all times unless both properties have been booked together to accommodate a larger group. The Old Dairy (ref UK13524) is a detached barn which was converted in 2011 to a high specification. The Ox House (ref UK13525) dates back to 1780 and has a private walled garden that is even older, where you can relax and unwind, or perhaps enjoy a family barbecue.
Appuldurcombe Farm is located about 3 miles away from the Victorian seaside town of Ventnor which offers a range of amenities such as shops, cafés and pubs. Ventnor Botanic Gardens are well worth a visit with its Heritage Centre and tunnel tours. There is direct access to the islands network of footpaths and cycleways from the owners land, including the Worsley Trail and Red Squirrel route, perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors. Beach 3¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
