Surrounded by countryside, this luxury detached barn conversion offers a private hot tub and super views towards Glastonbury Tor.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Freesat TV and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating (underfloor in open plan living space). Large, enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Hot tub for 6 (private). Tennis court (shared). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. No smoking.

Applebarn (ref UK10654) and The Farmhouse (ref UK10655) are converted old farm outbuildings and have been renovated to a high standard. Providing comfortable accommodation for up to six guests and ten guests respectively, they are situated on the owner’s working farm in a small village called West Pennard, which is 3½ miles from Glastonbury. Both properties offer comfortable bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities, great self-catering facilities and spacious living areas perfect for unwinding in after a busy day sightseeing. Guests can enjoy their own private garden with great views out towards the tor, with an added bonus of a private hot tub and shared use of tennis courts.
You will find this peaceful location an ideal place for relaxing or for touring the West Country, including Glastonbury, with its famous tor and abbey, Wells, with its cathedral, The Bishop’s Palace and Wookey Hole Caves, and the city of Bath World Heritage Site, with its Georgian architecture, designer shops and fantastic world cuisine. The properties are surrounded by hills and footpaths making it ideal for walkers or for those just wanting a rural break. Beach 20 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
