Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt like Goldilocks minus the 3 bears -everything was ' just right' for us. The barn conversion was suprisingly spacious despite its outward appearance. Very cosy and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Paths from the door and quiet country lanes to cycle on to the local pub. Harleston only a 5 minute drive for shopping with Co-op and independent shops for food. Plenty of places of interest to visit only a short drive away. We would love to stay again soon. NB stairs are steep and ceilings low in parts of the bedroom.

As our scores indicate, the basic facilities and location were pretty good. We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the cottage - dead ants in the porch window, cobwebs, windows, outdoor furniture. There was not an "instruction" file although we were given the owners telephone no. The outside door of the porch did not fit properly hence unlockable - although the inner door was OK.

Everything I wished for in a quiet, beautiful little barn. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Didn’t want to leave and would definitely recommend it as a little retreat from reality.
