Description

Stay in this secluded studio apartment with it’s own apple orchard just a few minutes drive from the centre of Salcombe.

Entrance/Garden Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer. Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC. Sliding door from garden room to open plan Kitchen/Sitting/Dining: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, pine dining table. Sitting area: (overlooking garden) TV with Chromecast, CD, DVD. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: (suitable for children only) small twin beds (2’6").

Outside: garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Parking: for four cars/trailers.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.
Electric hot water/under floor central heating.
Wifi available.
No smoking.

One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £30 per week.
Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.

The Studio is let separately but it may be possible to rent this and The Anchorage (sleeps 6) simultaneously, thus offering accommodation for a maximum of 10 people.

This secluded property, previously an artist’s studio with spacious living area and small bedrooms, is adjacent to The Anchorage and is situated in its own pleasant garden with an apple orchard. The property has recently been redecorated throughout. Standing in its own grounds and isolated from the town (local supermarkets will deliver). Why not go to the beach early and leave before the crowds arrive and discover other delights in the area on your way home.
