Pub and village shop 2 miles along a very busy road. We only chose this location as it states in the description that the pub was within 1 mile. There was absolutely no way that our party of 5 could walk there particularly as three are in their 70’s. False description!

We were looking for remote stand alone off the beaten track accommodation. Felt disappointed that this lovely house was only 20 yards away from the A84 one of the busiest, noisy roads in Scotland. Views wonderful all really good just sad the location was unexpected from the photographs and the description did not relate to the proximity of the main road and other lodges next to Alpine Lodge.

Cosy cottage with beautiful views. Key drop-off a problem when travelling north, as we were.

Nice place but right near a main road so not as peaceful as I had hoped, also thought it was on its own but was one of 3 lodges. The postcode given is incorrect on the website which resulted in our grocery shop not being delivered. No phone signal or wi-fi and the sky did not always work so could not always watch tv. Seemed a long way to drive anywhere, but we should probably have researched it more.
