A spacious cottage, although somewhat gloomy as there is a lack of windows which means lights are needed during the day. The courtyard is not as nice as it looks in the photos. The welcome pack was a cut loaf and a pint of milk we've had a lot better in other cottages. Something typically Welsh would have been good - bara brith, welsh scones or local biscuits? The owners were friendly, but didn't call round to see how we were getting on or if we were lacking anything. We've been holidaying in cottages around the country for the past 10 years and this one would not be top of our list.

Lovely spacious and clean cottage. Well situated for visiting pembrey country Park and surrounding area. Only downside is that there are no shops in immediate vicinity.

We had a great stay in Adeline considering it was a last minute booking. We normally go for cottages in the country but was surprised to find a more central to the town cottage, very comfortable, all conveniences near by. Brilliant for the dogs, walks within 100 yards and plenty of trails around Pendine sands and woods and others nearby. Accommodation was almost faultless with a very good pub just accross the road, The Pembrey Arms'. We would definitely consider this again for another year.

We enjoyed the stay at Adeline but as we had dogs it was difficult to share the patio area. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful and the pubs in the area were good with good food. The only disadvantage of the area was that there is no shop. However the stay was good value for money.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your review. It is a shame there is no shops left in the village. If your dogs are friendly then there should be no problem sharing the patio.
