Very dark inside obviously had the lights on when pictures taken downstairs. Cobwebs and dust everywhere had to clean it. Bath dirty. Had to open all windows when we arrived stank of damp. Disgusted.Very, very disappointed Would not return.

Great base for the area, enclosed garden ideal play area for our 2 year old grandson. The steep L shaped stair has a gate at the foot so not a problem. Plenty of books and DVDs, there was nothing that we had to do without. The Sky box went faulty and a replacement fitted within 2 hours. The lack of Wi-Fi wasn’t a problem however 4G on mobiles was a bit slow in the whole area.

This is a beautiful location for anyone wanting a quiet getaway. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped and has lovely private garden with outside dining options. The owner is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Altogether a very good place to stay.
