Enjoying views over the harbour’s ebb and flow of fishing and sailing boats, this classy contemporary abode boasts style and comfort – an ideal getaway for the modern family.

Front door to hallway. Utility Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, Separate WC.
Bedroom 2: double bed (5’), TV, ensuite Bathroom: (also accessed from hall) bath, shower cubicle, basin, WC, heated towel rail. Bedroom 3: twin beds. Large, spacious open plan Sitting/Kitchen/Dining Room: hard flooring throughout kitchen area is fully fitted with breakfast bar, 5 ring gas hob, electric fan oven, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining area in bay window. Sitting area has TV, DVD, music system, electric wood burning effect fire, bay window. Both bays have super 180 degree views over the river, Kingswear, the Naval College and out to sea. From hallway, stairs to First floor. Bedroom 1: large room in the eaves with superb views, double bed (6’), fitted wardrobes, TV, ensuite Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC.

Outside: small secluded lawned/paved garden to side accessed from road (not from house), outdoor furniture, BBQ.
Parking: garage parking for one car next to property (open fronted). Please note Above Town is very narrow, approaching from the north/town end is recommended.
